Little Tigers martial arts classes are carefully structured to suit the attention span, confidence levels, and physical development of pre-school children.
Each session follows a familiar routine, helping children feel safe, settled, and confident as they learn.
A gentle warm-up
Children begin with simple movement games that improve balance, coordination, and listening skills — all in a calm, supportive way.
Basic karate movements
We introduce fundamental karate techniques using age-appropriate drills that focus on control, posture, and focus rather than power or contact.
Confidence-building activities
Children practise following instructions, taking turns, and working independently, helping them build self-confidence and concentration.
Fun, structured games
Games are used to reinforce learning while keeping sessions enjoyable and engaging — without overstimulation.
A positive finish
Classes end on a high note, reinforcing good behaviour, effort, and respect.
