A structured, beginner-friendly karate programme that helps children build confidence, focus and discipline in a safe, supportive environment.
Why Our 4-Week Beginner Course Works
Starting martial arts can feel like a big step — especially if your child is shy, unsure, or brand new to structured activities.
That’s why we don’t rely on one-off trial lessons for our main kids programme.
Our 4-week Beginner Course gives children the time they need to settle, learn, and succeed.
A Calm & Structured Introduction
Children learn best when they know what to expect. Over four weeks, they follow a clear, repeatable lesson structure that helps them feel safe, confident, and in control.
No pressure. No shouting. Just calm guidance and positive reinforcement.
What Happens in Your Child’s First Kids Karate Class?
Your child will join a regular Level 1 kids karate class in Sevenoaks, so they can settle in naturally and start learning straight away — no waiting for set start dates.
