Starting martial arts can feel like a big step — especially if your child is shy, unsure, or brand new to structured activities.
That’s why we don’t rely on one-off trial lessons for our Kids Karate programme.
Our 4-week Beginner Course gives children the time they need to settle, learn, and succeed.
A Calm & Structured Introduction
Children learn best when they know what to expect. Over four weeks, they follow a clear, repeatable lesson structure that helps them feel safe, confident, and in control.
No pressure. No shouting. Just calm guidance and positive reinforcement.
One lesson isn’t enough for most children to relax and show their true potential.
Across four weeks, we see children:
Become more confident speaking and participating
Improve focus, listening, and self-control
Feel proud as skills start to click
This is where real change happens.
All children train in a non-contact, age-appropriate environment.
Classes focus on:
Basic karate techniques
Balance and coordination
Respect, discipline, and teamwork
Every child progresses at their own pace.
To help children feel part of the group from day one, the course includes a free karate suit.
Wearing the uniform builds confidence, belonging, and pride — especially for children who may feel nervous at first.
A Clear Path Forward
At the end of the course, parents can clearly see:
Whether their child enjoys karate
How they’ve developed over the four weeks
If continuing into regular classes is the right fit
No pressure. Just an informed decision.
£39.99 – includes free karate suit
Your child will join a regular Level 1 kids karate class in Sevenoaks, so they can settle in naturally and start learning straight away — no waiting for set start dates.
